VRBO Price Increase

VRBO listings accounted for about 40% of the total bookings in 2023 for Lake Texoma Rentals. VRBO is a subsidiary of Expedia.  VRBO has raised the annual subscription cost from $499 to $699 annually. Fortunately, in 2023, revenue for every Book Texoma property exceeded the yearly subscription rate.  Annual subscriptions remain the best choice if your property booked more than $12,000 per year on the VRBO platform.
