Owner Blocked Dates - to clean or not to clean?

At Book Texoma, our integrated systems automatically schedule housekeeping services and notify staff when booking dates are blocked. Owners block property dates from being booked for a variety of reasons, generally to stay for a vacation or to provide property repairs.  For owners, the charge for housekeeping is included in their monthly statement. Owners who do not want a clean schedule can add specific keywords: NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS" in the block title. However, using phrases like "cleaning not required" or "no cleaning needed" will still generate housekeeping services.
